Actors Park Shinhye and Park Hyung-sik have been chosen as the main characters of the new drama “Doctor Slump.”
According to a report by Ten Asia on the 30th, Park Shin-hye and Park Hyung-sik confirmed their appearance in “Doctor Slump.”
“Dr. Slump” is a romantic comedy about the CPR of doctors in a slump. Park Shin-hye plays Nam Haneul and Park Hyung-sik plays Yeo Jung-woo.
The two treat others, but they live without even knowing that their own is being broken, but fall helplessly under the name of “slump” as life wounds caused by big and small mistakes and inevitable choices are added.
Since then, they face each other’s hearts, support each other’s close lives, and find a habit of letting go of small things calmly, and a way of life that does not bother themselves.
Park Hyung-sik challenges the doctor character after his debut through “Doctor Slump.” Park Shin-hye is the first in six years since “Doctor’s” in 2016. “Doctor’s” was a big hit, recording the highest viewer rating of 21.3% at the time of the broadcast.
Above all, Park Hyung-sik and Park Shin-hye have worked together in “The Heirs” (2013), drawing attention to the romantic chemistry between the two, who met again in more than a decade.
Meanwhile, Park Hyung-sik, who debuted as an idol ZE:A (Children of Empire) in 2010, is building solid filmography as an actor by appearing in “Heirs,” “What’s Wrong With Family,” “High Society,” “Hwarang,” “Strong Woman Bong-soon,” “Suits” and “Happyness.”
Park Shin-hye gave birth to a son in May after her wedding in January with actress Choi Tae-joon, who began dating publicly in March 2018.
