Singer Beyonce has become the one who has won the “Grammy Award” the most. Beyonce was officially honored with a total of 88 nominations and 32 awards at the Grammy Awards.
He won a total of 32 awards, including the Best Dance/Electronic Album Award for “Renaissance”, the Best Dance/Electronic Recording Award for “Break My Soul”, the Best Traditional R&B Performance Award for “Plastic of the Sofa”, and the Best R&B Award for “Cuff It”.
Kim Petra became the first transgender woman to win the Grammy Award. He won the Best Pop Group/Duo Performance Award for “Unholy” with Sam Smith and expressed his feelings in an emotional voice, saying, “I want to say thank you to all the trend-gender artists who paved the way for me to be here tonight.”
Actor Viola Davis has joined the ‘EGOT’ club, called the Grand Slam of the American pop culture. “EGOT” refers to the four most prestigious awards ceremonies representing each field of American pop culture, including “Emmy” in the TV field, “Grammy” in the auditory media, “Oscar” in the film field and “Tony” in the dramatic arts.
Viola Davis joined the “EGOT” club as she won the “Best Audio Book/Narration/Storytelling Recording Award” at the awards ceremony. The “EGOT” club includes Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, and Rita Moreno.
The Grammy Awards celebrated the 50th anniversary of hip-hop. Hip-hop singers including LL Cool J performed at the awards ceremony. Hip-hop is celebrated starting with DJ Cool Huck’s party at the Bronx in 1973.
At the ceremony, Adele won the Best Pop Solo Award for “Easy on Me” and set a new record for her fourth time in the category. He has previously won the same award for “Someone Like You”, “Set Fire to the Rain” and “Hello”.
At the 65th Grammy Awards, Harry Styles won the Album of the Year award, Lizzo won the Record of the Year award, and Bonnie Leith won the Song of the Year award.
